At www.wartires.com we are genuinely concerned with the satisfaction of our customers as well as the durability of our tires. Yes, over the years we have managed to piss off a few customers of which account for a fraction of a single percent of our total customer base. We do guarantee our products and your satisfaction. If you find an issue with your tires upon arrival we will work diligently to resolve the problem. If however you try to extort and or bash our company's name or reputation we will put forth no effort whatsoever to resolve your issue. Again we have only encountered a few of these individuals over the years but if you feel that you might be an unreasonable soul then please do not purchase from us. Otherwise please know that we earn our customer's business and we would love to have you join our family. Here are a couple of things to consider when placing your order through Wartires.com:
#1. We ship via pallet to commercial addresses or freight terminals only. This is done to ensure that you receive the best freight rates and fastest shipping possible.
#2. Your order may take 24-72 hours to process. We refuse to send you sub par quality tires. if we have an awesome set of 4 on hand we may ship same day. However if we have 3 awesome tires and 1 turd we're going to delay a day and make it an even set. That is after all what you paid for. If you do encounter a shipping delay you will most likely receive a free spare tire.
#3. If you have an issue with your order you can return the tires. The return shipping is at your expense and we have the right at our discretion to also charge a 25% restocking fee. We typically waive the restocking fee entirely as a courtesy to our customer.
Questions:
Why do I have to pay the return shipping on tires?
Answer: RARELY do we have a customer that wants to return or exchange tires. However, when we do have a return we abide by the rules of our merchant services processor. It is the policy of Paypal and our secondary provider, that the return shipping be paid for and the delivery completed prior to the return of your funds. When the rare dispute occurs, we do not possess your funds and neither do you. The merchant holds them until the product(s) has been satisfactorily returned. So even if we did have a different policy we would still have to go through the process as laid out by the merchant services processor.
To date we have had 6 return orders since 2008.
If you have any questions or reservations please contact us prior to placing an order. We appreciate the opportunity to earn your business!
Thank you
*** We do not negotiate on the price of our tires as we offer the highest quality military tires in the country. If you are on a budget and need some "cheap" tires allow me to recommend www.militaryoffroadtires.net to you. They are based out of Georgia and literally have a tire for EVERY budget. We do not need your business but I can assure you that they do. So if you need the best give us a call. Otherwise I highly recommend the above referenced operation for some cheap rubber. God Bless! ***
